What do I need to do before the cleaning?
High quality service requires optimal working conditions. In order to help us maintain our high standard of excellence, decluttering your home prior to the service is beneficial. In addition to saving timing costs, the team is also able to perform efficiently.
What about my pets?
If you can, please keep your furry friends in a safe and comfortable place during the cleaning service to ensure their well-being.
Can I provide you with security codes?
Many of our clients require our services while they are at work or away, so they provide our trusted team with security codes, allowing us to safely open and lock the door upon our departure.
What if I'm not completely satisfied?
In the unfortunate instance that you are not 100% satisfied with our service, please let us know within a 24 hour window and we will return to remedy the situation.
